Steamed Egg Pudding with Oysters

All you need for this dish are things you already have in your kitchen. Some eggs, oysters (totally optional), scallion if desired, and a double boiler.

Beat two eggs together, add salt, a little soy sauce, and once the egg mixture is frothy, add a bit warm water and toss in the oysters (rinsed-clean of course), steam in the boiler until the mixture is firm.
