Egg Tarts

I had a craving for egg tarts recently, so after wolfing down two bakery-made tarts in one day, looked for and found this photo of home-made tarts online. You'd need:

Flour
Milk
Sugar
Eggs
Pastry crust
Baking pan

Bubble Tea

You need:

Starch(tapioca) balls
Tea
Milk
Sugar

The only hard part is boiling the starch balls until they're chewy and transparent. They burn easily so you've got to stay by the stove and stir the pot constantly. Rinse them off in cold water after boiling to prevent sticking.

You can make the tea on the fly, once the starch balls are ready, just add them to the tea and you've got bubble tea.
