My biggest problem with this dish is how sometimes there is leftover dirt/sand in the stalks. I'd soak them for a while but I'd still occasionally get some dirty veggies.

Spicy Stir-Fried Kidney

You need:
Tomato sauce
Chili bean sauce
Kidney
Basil

Cut the kidney pieces in a criss-cross, grid-like pattern so they curl up nicely when fried.
